Jonathan Chou has three decades of senior corporate leadership experience. Starting in banking, he shifted into regional finance leadership prior to serving as a C-level executive with public companies the last decade of his career. He presently engages as Audit Committee chair and independent non-executive director of boards of two publicly listed companies. Jonathan Chou also advises select enterprises ranging from established technology leaders to early-stage ventures.

After serving as CFO of Kulicke & Soffa (K&S) from 2010 to 2018, Mr. Chou took a position as CEO with the major electronic assembly and semiconductor packaging solutions provider. He guided everything from joint development initiatives to customer interaction for the pioneer in the semiconductor space. Effective in boosting corporate revenue, Mr. Chou drove proactive financing initiatives and guided a transformation of corporate infrastructure and IT functions. In 2010, he oversaw a relocation of K&S global headquarters from Pennsylvania to Singapore.

Mr. Chou’s current responsibilities include an appointed role as chairman of the board of the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA.org). He holds a BA in economics from the University at Buffalo and an MBA earned at Duke University.
